January 25, 2012---Good day folks..Nice and warm out today, I just might go for a walk after work, I think I need to move around and stop being a lazy bug..yes a big bug to everyone...*smiles*...

I had to do something for the last few days--I just had no other choice, I can't blame nobody.  but I know I can do better than that...we all need a little help and direction from people sometimes. I know for myself I can't do it myself what I am going through.  I pray to god to help me!!  You see me smiling and laughing but deep in my heart is crying out for help for my family & friends.  I don't know if it's right to put this in my hp--it is so deep...oh well I will assume it is not just me that is going through this difficult path we are facing these days.

I will pray hard for the people that I love to overcome this problem they are in...I cannot turn my back on them. I know I'm not a perfect person in this world of ours, but I am trying to do good for the betterment for my family sake.

I better get back to work...my tea break is over..:)..I feel much better now

Evening Update---Hi again...I just had supper, it was delicious...I think I'll just go for a short walk down the road, enough to get to my blood flowing ....:)

I had a good afternoon, I had to talk in front of my big bosses.....I thought I was going to faint there for a sec, I calmed myself down though-- good thing there a cool bunch. *thumbs up*  Well I better go..talk to you folks later
